Programme

Duration: 5-7 days (Sunday arrival to Friday/Saturday departure)
Target Group: Women only with work-life balance struggles, stress relief, wellness enthusiasts.

DAY 0: ARRIVAL DAY - SUNDAY

“Arrive & Settle” (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
3:00 PM – Welcome arrival with refreshing drinks (ideal: king coconut water)
3:30 PM – Check-in, room orientation, and time to freshen up (shower, etc)
4:00 PM – Property tour including waterfall, pool, and meditation areas
5:00 PM – Welcome ceremony with traditional Sri Lankan treats
6:00 PM – Gentle arrival yoga and breathing session (30 mins)
6:30 PM – Rest and settle in (with background music)
7:30 PM – Welcome dinner featuring authentic Sri Lankan cuisine
8:30 PM – Introduction circle and programme overview
9:00 PM – Release for early night routine / adjust to estate rhythm

“Ground & Connect”
7:00 AM – Morning meditation/sunrise yoga by the pool (30 mins, optional)
8:00 AM – Freshen up, shower, and/or swim
9:00 AM – Healthy breakfast with fresh tropical fruits
10:00 AM – Ayurvedic massage treatment session
11:30 AM – Swimming and free time
12:30 PM – Lunch featuring organic local ingredients
2:00 PM – Rest period (siesta time)
3:00 PM – Waterfall meditation or Canoe ride
5:30 PM – Evening yoga flow
7:00 PM – Dinner with piano music
8:30 PM – Sunset reflection and journaling
9:30 PM – Free time/early rest

6:00 AM – Sunrise meditation (optional)

10:30 AM – Traditional cooking workshop

2:00 PM – Rest period (siesta time)
3:00 PM – Saree draping cultural activity
4:30 PM – Massage treatment for those who missed Day 1

8:30 AM – Day trip to nearby cultural location

9:30 PM – Closing circle- writing down points of gratitude, things learned/gained from
experience, or things you want to leave behind, and throwing papers in the fire.

7:00 AM – Final morning meditation (optional)

9:30 AM – Packing and checkout
10:30 AM – Closing ceremony and wellness kit presentation
11:30 AM – Final nature walk and photography
